Join me for a slow, easy 3 hour hike and bilingual birding class at a local birding hot spot! We are so lucky to have such a wonderful variety of birds in our area. Come learn where to look for and how to identify some of our avian friends. Learn about their special adaptations for survival and help scientists collect important data. (2nd sibling is $20, 3rd+ siblings are $10.) Parent supervision required.
Come explore the amazing tide pools in LA and Orange Counties in this active, hands-on 3 hour class! Learn about inter-tidal zone animals and the surprising adaptations that allow them to survive and thrive in this extreme ecosystem. Help gather essential data for marine biologists. (2nd sibling is $20, 3rd+siblings $10) Parent supervision required.
Learn about all aspects of fish and fishing in this 3 hour hands-on class. We will cover fishing equipment, skills, local species, regulations, sustainable practices and the history of fishing in different areas, as well as talking about safely preparing seafood and popular recipes. Help gather species data for marine biologists. (2nd sibling is $20, 3rd+siblings $10) Parent supervision required.

This is a 3 hour weekly class for ages 4-9 (parent supervision required). You may mix and match with the Bilingual Beach School or Fishing class. Pricing as follows: $750 for 16 classes, $575 for 12 classes, $390 for 8 classes and $50 for 1 class.

Fish! Fish! Fish! This hands on bilingual class is all about fishing. We will learn about the local aquatic ecosystems, common species and sustainable fishing methods. We will also cover the history of fishing, current regulations, and safe seafood preparation. This is a weekly class for ages 4-9 (parent supervision required).
